"Hey Siri, calm me down" does not work
Built-in Siri phrases include the app name, such as "calm me down with Sereo." The bare phrase needs a one-time Shortcuts setup. Follow the shortcut guide.
No heart rate or no haptics
Live heart rate, watch haptics, and the screen-off flow require a paired Apple Watch. Phone-only sessions keep the screen on and use phone haptics.
I do not see a settling score
Sereo needs Health permission for Heart Rate and Workouts. The richest signal comes from a watch session.
Restore my subscription
Open Sereo, go to Settings, then choose Restore Purchases. Subscriptions are handled by Apple's App Store.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open the App Store app, tap your account, choose Subscriptions, select Sereo, then choose Cancel Subscription.
