Set up "Calm me down"

Apple requires built-in Siri phrases to include the app name. To say only "Hey Siri, calm me down," create one custom Shortcuts phrase for Sereo.

One-time setup

After this setup, your custom phrase can start Sereo without saying the app name.

  1. Open Shortcuts

    Tap the plus button, then choose Add Action.

  2. Find Sereo

    Search for Sereo, then choose "Start a Breathing Session."

  3. Pick the session

    Choose Calm, Focus, or Sleep and set the number of minutes you want.

  4. Name the shortcut

    Rename it "Calm me down" or any phrase you want to say to Siri.

Built-in phrases

Without custom setup, try "Hey Siri, calm me down with Sereo," "Hey Siri, start a session with Sereo," or "Hey Siri, breathe with Sereo."
